Greetings from the remotest islands in the world--The
Kingdom of Tonga. This is where time begins--the first to see the dawn of each day! Tonga Islands (Kingdom
of Tonga) is located in the South Pacific on the International Dateline, below the Equator, above the Tropic of Capricon.
Easier to find if you travel 500 miles south east of the Fiji Islands; east of Australia and north of New Zealand.
The Kingdom of Tonga is made of about 170 islands in all... 46 islands are inhabited. This is
the paradise I came from.

Our native languange is Tongan. It is almost similar to Hawaiian. Unlike english
that have 26 letters in the alphabet and many rules, Tongan have only 16 letters in their alphabet.
Vowels: a, e, i , o, u, apostrophe
and/or hyphen on top.
Consonants: f, h, k, l, m, n, ng, p, s, t,

Education is the highest priority of
all Tongan families. They have the highest level of school enrollment in the South Pacific where 99.6% of the Tongans
are literate.

Tonga is unique in its culture and people. They are exceptionally warm, relaxed, impassive towards delays, etc.
Their happy contented lifestyle is summed up in expressions like mo'ui fiemalie (a contented life), mo'ui nonga (a peaceful
life), nofo fiefia (living happily), and nofo fakalata (making others feel at home)
